Dirt road C2 and C9 in the cadastral Babice u Šternberka

The subject of this research project is the realization Dirt Track C 2 and C 9, both in the category of P4 / 30, and planting of accompanying greenery along these routes - local biocorridor LBK 28 and the element of interaction IP 9 including 3-year follow-up care in the cadastral Babice u Sternberg. VZ is included planting of greenery, which will be completed no later than April 30, 2016 and subsequent care of the greenery will be completed in 2019. Reason effectiveness of public procurement: a) the description needs to be the fulfillment of public contracts achieved: Implementation of rural roads C2 and C9 to exclude agriculture from the center of the village. Realization of interaction element IP9 and local biocorridor LBK28 increases biodiversity areas, ecological stability and retention capacity of the landscape. b) a description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the tender is the implementation of rural roads C2 and C9 and planting of accompanying greenery along these routes - local biocorridor LBK28 and Interaction element IP9, including a 3-year follow-up care. The construction of rural roads will be completed by the end of November 2015, accompanying greenery planting in late April 2016 and subsequent 3-year care will be completed in October 2019. c) a description of the relationship between the subject contract and the client's needs: Implementation of the measures based on the approved plan of common facilities comprehensive zoning adjustments in k.ú. Babice u Sternberg and is consistent with the priorities of the implementation process SZ designed and approved by the municipal council. d) the envisaged deadline for fulfilling the public contract in October 2019 e) a description of the risks associated with the performance of public contracts which the contracting authority took into account when determining the terms and conditions: If a public contract risks may arise to delay the public order due to possible unforeseen adverse weather conditions in construction, which in turn may cause prolonged time necessary for completion of the work.
