The work for Building 74 includes the removal and disposal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing underlay and the supply and installation of a new prefinished metal roof shingle system, complete with eave and roof edge removals and repairs, supply and installation of new roof edge, stack and vent pipe flashings, edge strips, trims and fasteners, closures and sealants.  The location of the work is the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Facility, 850 Lincoln Road, Fredericton, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.082428.001 forming partof the bid document. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by November 30, 2016.  There will be an optional site visit on August 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m..  All interested bidders are to meet at the Principal Entrance of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Facility, 850 Lincoln Road, Fredericton, New Brunswick.  Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work.
