Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy:  Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements:   Public Services and Procurement Canada, Western Region, has a requirement for the provision of Gas Management Services for approximately 10,000,000 Gigajoules (Gj) per year of Natural Gas and related services delivered to four (4) Federal Departments, across eight (8) provinces in Canada.  It is Canadas intent to award a single contract for these services.  The gas management and related services include; administration, coordinating nominations and arranging for gas delivery, billing consolidation, consumption studies and budget estimates, and the provision of advice on consolidation strategies to achieve the best rates for the use of natural gas.  The four (4) participating departments are: - Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), - Correctional Services Canada (CSC), - Department of National Defence (DND), and - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).  The eight (8) provinces within the scope of this requirement are: - British Columbia, - Alberta, - Saskatchewan, - Manitoba, - Ontario, - Quebec, - New Brunswick, and - Nova Scotia   The period of service will be for ten (10) years beginning October 2017.  The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
