This contract concerns the agricultural use of sewage sludge limed. It consists of two mandatory variants: Variant 1 for the recovery of sludge from Lives-sur-Meuse, Andenne, St Martin, Wépion Godinne Mariembourg Corroy-le-Château and Ciney - TMB is 14.450. Alternative 2 for the recovery of sludge from Lives-sur-Meuse, Andenne, St Martin, Wépion Godinne Mariembourg Ciney excluding Corroy-le-Château - or 12,545 TMB Free variants are not permitted . INASEP reserves the right to control one or more of the required variants. This market includes the transport of sludge to storage areas for their application. Transport sludge is in containers. Rental of containers is required for some sites. A Lives-sur-Meuse, two bins will be available for sludge collection. For simplicity, it is usually mentioned in the rest of the document, "valuation". By sludge recycling must include any agricultural value chain, approved in compliance with the legislation in force in the Member States of the European Union and especially certificates and authorizations issued by the state authorities. The estimated quantities are based on annual production (2012). It should be noted that the sludge affected by this market are classified as waste similar to household waste in accordance with the Decree of the Walloon Government of 10 July 1997 establishing a Waste Catalogue. Code of sludge from urban waste water treatment is 19.08.05. The use of sludge in agriculture request to hold: - a certificate of use issued by the Walloon Region (OWD) - an authorization for the marketing of soil amendments issued by the Federal Public Service (AFSCA) . These documents must be strictly observed. Obtaining these documents is the responsibility of INASEP. This combined market grew by tender for a period of 3 years.
